Keith Nishida, Consultant

Keith Nishida (he/him) is currently the Executive Director of Okaeri, the largest LGBTQ+ Nikkei organization in North America. He is a proud bilingual Japanese American community leader with 20 years of professional experience, who also works as an intercultural management consultant, supporting HR teams better recruit, engage & retain their diverse workforce. Keith served as a national Pride program director for the North American Association of Asian Professionals, consulted on transnational projects with brands like Toyota, Disney and Agilent Technologies, featured by the Los Angeles Business Journal, and invited to speak at events across all sectors of organizations like Bain & Co., Movember Foundation, and the Chambers of Commerce.
