Ben Campbell, Consultant
Ben Campbell is an organizational culture consultant and leadership development practitioner, as well as a design and facilitation partner for conferences, retreats, and other gatherings. He works with organizations ranging from small businesses to large teams, helping them build healthy company culture across three levels: individual, relational, and organizational. His sessions are rooted in appreciative inquiry, which focuses on co-creating change from a team’s existing strengths. Ben has consulted for a variety of industries including manufacturing, luxury retail, healthcare, cleantech, financial services, utilities, and nonprofits. He has partnered with colleagues from around the world, including Canada, Norway, South Africa, England, the Philippines, and Japan.
As a design and facilitation partner, Ben creates environments where collaboration, innovation, and deep connection can happen. He works with events ranging from offsites and strategic planning sessions to conferences, retreats and celebrations—tailoring each session to the specific goals of the event rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Ben is also a globally recognized expert in the Enneagram, a framework for developing self-awareness and effective communication. Where useful, Ben builds the Enneagram into his engagements in order to increase a team’s capacity for collaborative problem solving and individual leadership capabilities. Ben is a regular presenter at International Enneagram Conferences and has been endorsed by leading figures in the field.
Ben has lived in England, Japan, and the United States, and currently resides in Maine with his family, where a deep connection to the natural world shapes his approach to work and life.
